1. Introduction

Welcome to EventPaddy. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of EventPaddy as both a User (Client) and a Provider (Vendor).

2. Definitions

• Users (Clients): Individuals or organizations searching for event-related services.
• Providers (Vendors): Businesses or individuals offering event-related services through EventPaddy.
• Platform: Refers to EventPaddy’s website, tools, and services.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking services.
• Respect and communicate clearly with providers.
• Comply with any payment and booking terms.
• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.

4. Provider Responsibilities

• Ensure that service details (pricing, description, images, location) are accurate and up to date.
• Deliver services as advertised and agreed with the user.
• Maintain professional conduct with all clients.
• Agree that EventPaddy will deduct a 5% commission from every successful booking completed through the platform.

5. Commission Policy

As a provider, you acknowledge and accept that EventPaddy charges a 5% commission fee on every booking secured through our platform. This commission will be deducted automatically before payment settlement.

6. Payments

• All payments must be processed through EventPaddy’s secure payment system.
• Users agree to pay the listed service fee.
• Providers will receive payment minus the 5% commission fee.

7. Dispute Resolution

EventPaddy is not directly responsible for disputes between users and providers. However, we may step in to mediate and ensure fair treatment. Users and providers must provide accurate documentation in the event of a dispute.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventPaddy is a platform that connects users with providers. We are not liable for the quality of services delivered by providers, nor for damages resulting from failed bookings.

9. Termination

EventPaddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of EventPaddy implies acceptance of any revised terms.
