Welcome to EventPaddy. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of EventPaddy as both a User (Client) and a Provider (Vendor).

As a provider, you acknowledge and accept that EventPaddy charges a 5% commission fee on every booking secured through our platform. This commission will be deducted automatically before payment settlement.

EventPaddy is not directly responsible for disputes between users and providers. However, we may step in to mediate and ensure fair treatment. Users and providers must provide accurate documentation in the event of a dispute.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventPaddy is a platform that connects users with providers. We are not liable for the quality of services delivered by providers, nor for damages resulting from failed bookings.

9. Termination

EventPaddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of EventPaddy implies acceptance of any revised terms.
